How to verify a top-up receipt.

- In case a player encounters issues with their top-up and needs to provide evidence to report the problem
 
 
Example: Order confirmation receipt, the information and Transaction ID (19-digit number) must clearly visible.
Note: Players will receive a receipt via email after completing various transactions.
Initially, players can check their own email for receipts. If they cannot find them, they can retrieve purchase history using the method below.
Step 1 : Open Steam and select the player's Steam name in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2 :  Choose 'Account Details' from the dropdown menu.
Step 3 : Look at the “Store & Purchase History” menu and select “View purchase History.”
Step 4 :
When players access the fund top-up history page, you can choose to view the history you want to report issues for.

Step 5 :
In the purchase history, various information is displayed, as shown in the image. Players should check the Transaction ID, which consists of 19 digits.
Take a screenshot and use it as evidence in the form that the team has prepared. In the form, provide details of the date and time of purchase.
The team will proceed to verify and compensate the player within approximately 1-3 business days.
